Get started

Paste a call or a thread

About 2 minutes

Read one call transcript or email thread with no connection at all, and get its promises as candidates in the inbox.

Transcript, 30 seconds

No connection needed: paste one call or one thread.

Give it a title, the account and the day it was said.

Lines that start with a name and a colon become turns.

Press Paste and read, and every promise lands in the inbox.

Each quote is checked word for word against what you pasted.

Captions on by default. Made from this page’s steps, with demo data only.

Before you start

  • A transcript or thread as text, up to 200,000 characters
  • At least one customer account in the workspace

Steps

  1. Open the paste form. On the inbox, open Paste a transcript or thread. The same form is on Connect, under Paste.
  2. Say whose words they are. Fill in Title, Account and Said on. Lines that start with a name and a colon become turns; Unlabelled text is says whether the rest is our words or the customer's.
Dana: We will have SSO for you by the end of March.
  3. Paste and read. Paste the text and press Paste and read. Every promise found lands in the inbox as a candidate.
  4. Check the quotes. Each candidate quotes the paste word for word. A quote that is not in the text exactly is thrown away before you see it.

What success looks like

  • New candidates appear in the inbox with the account you chose
  • Each candidate's quote can be found word for word in what you pasted

Troubleshooting

The form says the workspace has no accounts
A paste belongs to one customer account. Connect a CRM or mail first, or confirm a deal on Connect, so an account exists.
Nothing came back from a long call
Check Unlabelled text is. If the customer's words were read as ours, their requests will not be taken as our promises, which is right, but our promises may be missed.
You want to remove a paste
The paste is its own source. Deleting it deletes every word it gave, and any promise left with no quote goes too.
