The terms for using CommitOps, in plain language.
These terms are an agreement between CommitOps and the company that signs up (“you”). The person who signs up confirms they can bind that company. Using the service means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
- You sign in with Google. Keep that account secure; what happens under it is your responsibility.
- Everyone in your company can be invited. We never charge per person or per agent.
- Tell us at once if you think someone has used your account without permission.
What you connect and what we find in it stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to run CommitOps for you, as the privacy policy describes. We do not use it to train models and we do not sell it.
You confirm you have the right to connect the sources you connect, and that doing so does not break an agreement you have with someone else.
You can disconnect a source at any time, which deletes what came from it, or ask us to delete your whole workspace.
Where the law needs a data processing agreement, every plan can sign ours from the DPA page, without a sales call.
CommitOps proposes commitments it finds, with the quote it found them in. A person on your team decides whether each one is real. The ledger is a tool for your judgment, not a replacement for it: check a quote against its source before you rely on it for anything that matters, such as a contract or a promise to a customer.
CommitOps is in early access. Features will change, some will be added, and some may be removed. We will tell you before removing something you pay for.
Do not:
- connect data you are not allowed to share with us
- try to reach another company’s data, or test our security without written permission
- overload the service, or resell it without an agreement with us
- use it to break the law or to harm the people whose messages it reads
To report a security problem, write to security@commitops.ai.
- Prices are on the pricing page. They are flat per company, and they move with the number of customer accounts you track.
- The free tier costs nothing and does not expire.
- Paid plans bill monthly or annually, in advance. Annual billing is two months free.
- Upgrades take effect at once and prorate. Downgrades take effect at renewal.
- You can cancel any time. A paid plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and is not refunded.
- We give 30 days’ notice before a price change affects you.
You can stop using CommitOps at any time. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it. When an account ends, we delete its data as the privacy policy describes.
We work to keep CommitOps accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of error. A model can miss a commitment or read one wrongly, which is why a person decides.
To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We post changes here with a new effective date. If a change matters to how you use the service, we email account owners at least 30 days before it applies. Using CommitOps after that means you accept the change.
