The price moves with the accounts you track
An account counts when it has at least one open promise, claim or entitlement. We never meter on pipeline, because a bill that moves when you clean your CRM teaches you to stop cleaning it.

- Upgrades take effect at once and prorate. Downgrades take effect at renewal.

- Everyone in your company is included at every tier, internal or external, including the customer-facing page.
- Agents
- Unlimited on every tier, free included. Charging per agent would teach you to leave agents out of the record.
- Connected sources
- Charging per source would teach you to hold back the data that makes the ledger accurate.
- Extraction volume or tokens
- Your bill should not move with how chatty your customers are.
- Verification checks
- Checking is the product. We will not charge you for doing it.
