The Monday review
Read the page the Sunday sweep assembles from the week: what was promised, shipped, told and slipped, and who carries what.
Transcript, 30 seconds
Monday review is assembled, not written.
The Sunday sweep builds one page from the week.
It shows what was promised, shipped, told and slipped.
Who is carrying what lists each owner's open promises.
Press Build now any time, then Send now to share it.
Before you start
- A week of kept promises and linked work
Steps
- Open Monday review. Press Monday review in the sidebar. It opens the latest week anyone built.
- Read the figures. Promised, Shipped, Told the customer, Slipped and Owed and overdue each open the rows behind them.
- Read who carries what. Who is carrying what lists each owner's open promises. What changed in the story lists dates that moved and why.
- Build or send. Press Build now to assemble a week that has no page yet, or Build again after changes. Press Send now for a draft in your Gmail and a post in your Slack digest channel.
What success looks like
- The page shows the week's figures and the rows behind each one
- Previous week opens last week's page as it read on that Monday
Troubleshooting
- Nobody has built this week's page yet
- The Sunday sweep builds it at the day and time in Workspace settings. Press Build now to build it at once.
- Last week's numbers look different from the ledger
- A stored page still reads the way it did on its Monday. The ledger is live.
