Truth
The claim register
Keep every public claim about your product next to a dated check, so nothing false stays published and nothing true goes stale.
Transcript, 30 seconds
A claim verified in March is not a verified claim.
Claims lists every public statement about your product.
Each one shows where it appears and when it was last checked.
Add a check: an attestation, an endpoint, a flag or the code.
Filter to needs someone, and fix what is false or stale.
Before you start
- A plan that includes claims
- Your marketing site, pricing page or deck
Steps
- Open Claims. Press Claims in the sidebar. Each row is one claim, where it appears, what verifies it, when it was last checked and its state.
- Filter to what needs someone. Choose Needs someone to see claims that are false and still published, whose attestation expired, or that were never checked.
- Add a check. Open a claim and press Add a check: a person's attestation, an endpoint, a flag, a config or the code, each good for a number of days.
- Decide. Press Run now to check at once, It is true today to attest, or It is not true to flag it. Change wording or window edits the claim itself.
What success looks like
- No row is false and still published
- Every claim shows a Last checked date inside its window
Troubleshooting
- A claim reads check lapsed
- Its last check is older than the window. Press Run now, or attest again with It is true today.
- An agent stated a claim you never verified
- Agents call check_claim before they speak. An unverified claim answers unverified, never true.
