Delivery after the signature
See what each new customer was promised during the sale, who owns each promise, and send them a status in one draft.
Transcript, 30 seconds
What did we promise this customer before they signed?
Delivery lists every account whose deal closed won.
Open one to see each promise made during the sale.
Give every promise an owner, so nothing is left with nobody.
Send status writes one draft in your mailbox for you to send.
Before you start
- A connected CRM with at least one deal closed won
Steps
- Open Delivery. Press Delivery in the sidebar. Each row is an account whose deal closed won, with the promises it carried in.
- Open an account. Press an account to see each promise made during the sale, its owner, due date, state and whether we told them.
- Set owners. Pick an owner for each promise and press Save owner, so nothing promised before signing is left with nobody.
- Send a status. Press Send status, then Create the draft. The draft lands in your own mailbox for you to send.
What success looks like
- Every promise on the account has an owner
- The status draft is in your mailbox, listing what shipped and what is due
Troubleshooting
- No deal has closed won yet
- Delivery fills when your CRM marks a deal closed won. Connect a CRM on Connect.
- Send status asks for Gmail drafts
- Allow Write drafts in Gmail on Connect. CommitOps writes the draft and never sends it.
