Entitlements
Compare what each customer's contract says against what your system grants, led by customers who get less than they paid for.
Transcript, 30 seconds
Does every customer get what they paid for?
Entitlements sets each contract beside what your system grants.
Under-granted customers come first: they get less than they bought.
Filter to breach, over-granted, or every disagreement.
Each row opens to the contract line and the grant behind it.
Before you start
- A plan that includes entitlements
- Signed contracts, and the place your system records what it grants
Steps
- Open Entitlements. Press Entitlements in the sidebar. Each row compares Contract says with System grants for one account.
- Start with under-granted. The list leads with Under-granted: customers who get less than their contract says. Breach marks the ones past their terms.
- Filter. Choose Disagreeing, Under-granted, Breach, Over-granted or All.
- Check the sources. Signed contracts and Where the system says what it grants show where each side of the comparison is read from.
What success looks like
- No account shows Under-granted or Breach
- Each disagreement opens to the contract line and the grant behind it
Troubleshooting
- Every row reads as disagreeing
- Check Where the system says what it grants. A grant read from the wrong place disagrees with every contract.
- Over-granted rows
- Those customers get more than they bought. It costs money but breaks no promise; decide whether to bill or to grant less.
